I worked with the team at Traser to define content pillars and set up posting strategy for their social media channels. They wanted to achieve a better content pipeline and a more detailed monthly reporting protocol.
Summary
Although they had an established following, they wanted to be more targeted in their posting and reporting. Together, we were able to create a more defined tone of voice and image corresponding better to their brand.
We created new partnerships with content creators that spoke to the values of the company and were in the target audience of the brand. All together we created a more targeted strategy that would help guide them for the years to come.

We focused on their social media planning and defined a clear social media strategy to use as a blueprint for their content. They previously had not done a concise competitor analysis or defined a specific strategy for their channels.
After defining these aspects their goals and posting possibilities would become clearer. Their competitor analysis helped drive the content pillars and position themselves within the watch industry.

We successfully defined a clear strategy that would provide them with structure to create branded content for the years to come. Working together with photographers and influencers, we achieved a look and feel that represented the Traser customer.
We achieved a cleaner grid and established a clear reporting process to evaluate the monthly stats.
